Choosing a solution for each case

Concrete under constant water pressure (basements, tanks): PENETRON penetrating crystalline waterproofing, combined with treatment of joints and pipe penetrations.
Active leaks with flowing water: stop with PENEPLUG fast-setting mortar, then complete the treatment.
Cracks causing leaks: injection or patch with repair mortar before waterproofing the surface.
Exposed roofs and slabs: a coating or membrane system with UV resistance, depending on conditions of use.

Every project is different, so the final solution is decided only after a condition survey.

Survey, recording leak locations, the water source and the condition of the structure.
Proposal of method, materials and estimate.
Treatment of surfaces and weak points: cracks, honeycombing, joints, pipe penetrations.
Application of the waterproofing system at the manufacturer's coverage rates.
Curing, water testing (where applicable) and acceptance.
Handover of documents and maintenance guidance.

How long does tank waterproofing take?

It depends on the area, the condition of the concrete, the number of coats and the curing time. ANTINCORP gives a specific schedule after the survey.

Does the tank have to be taken out of service during works?

Usually the tank has to be drained and cleaned before work. For WWTP tanks or continuously operating items, ANTINCORP plans the work in zones to reduce the impact on production.

Can old concrete be waterproofed?

Yes, provided the structure is still sound. Weak, honeycombed or cracked concrete must be treated and repaired before waterproofing.

How is a waterproofing quotation calculated?
