Factory floors take forklifts, heavy loads, chemicals and abrasion every day. A floor system with the right material and the right installation procedure limits dust, is easy to clean and extends the repair cycle. ANTINCORP delivers turnkey, from survey through to final line marking.
Floor systems ANTINCORP installs
Epoxy coatings: sealed, easy-to-clean surfaces for factories, warehouses, clean rooms and food production areas
Self-leveling Epoxy: flat, seamless surfaces for areas with high appearance and hygiene requirements
PU coatings: good elasticity, resistant to abrasion and temperature change
Concrete hardening and polishing (hardener): less dust and a harder surface for new concrete floors and warehouse slabs
Safety line marking, zoning of vehicle lanes and walkways
Sports floors: pickleball, tennis and multi-purpose courts
Installation process
Substrate survey: hardness, moisture, cracks, oil and grease, load and chemical requirements.
Grinding with industrial machines and dust extraction so the coating bonds well.
Application of the primer and main coats according to the selected material system.
Surface finishing, line marking and safety symbols.
Acceptance and guidance on maintenance and cleaning.
What makes a floor last
Surface preparation decides most of the bond strength, so the grinding and substrate treatment steps should never be shortened.
Concrete needs sufficient age and moisture control before coating; if moisture rises from the slab, a suitable moisture barrier is required.
Choose the coating according to actual use: forklifts, chemicals, temperature, slip resistance.
Where it is used
Factories, logistics warehouses, production areas, car parks, basements, showrooms, food plants, textile and dyeing plants and commercial buildings.

Frequently asked questions
How do Epoxy and PU differ?
Epoxy is hard, bonds well and resists abrasion, and is commonly used for factory and warehouse floors. PU is more elastic and suits places with temperature change or where flexibility is needed. The choice depends on actual use; ANTINCORP advises after a survey.
Can an old concrete floor be coated with Epoxy?
Yes, after grinding, crack treatment, patching and a moisture check. A very weak or very damp substrate must be treated first.
Does installation disturb production?
ANTINCORP can divide the area and work in phases, scheduled outside working hours to limit disruption to factory operations.
How soon can the floor be used after installation?
Curing and load-bearing times depend on the material system and weather. ANTINCORP states the milestones for light foot traffic and for forklifts when planning the work.
